Complementary Initial Consultation

An initial consultation is offered free-of-charge to provide you with advice, tips,

and contact information of our preferred vendors, complete with preferential

discounted rates. We will assist you in determining the overall theme and budget of your wedding. Additional consultations are available as needed for continued wedding planning assistance, and are charged at an hourly rate.

Day-Of Coordination

Our day-of coordination includes everything from a preliminary site visit, facilitating the rehearsal and decorating your ceremony and reception sites, to coordinating the entire day. We work with all hired vendors, manage any wedding day glitches, and ensure that your wedding day is just as you've planned it to be. Coordination packages start at $1450.00 and vary depending on the exact services you're looking for. Additional staff is available.

•Month-Of Coordination

Our month-of coordination package is a great value and option for the bride who wants to do the bulk of the planning, knows what she wants but wants to make sure she has everything in order as the date approaches. From about six weeks prior to the wedding date, we have several planning and consultation meetings, a preliminary site visit, confirmation with all hired vendors, facilitation of the rehearsal, and full coordination on the wedding day.

Full-Service Wedding Planning

Full wedding planning includes every wedding detail, including assisting you with any wedding decisions, hiring all vendors and decorating all venues. We personally tend to every detail, from start to finish, including facilitating the wedding rehearsal and coordinating the entire wedding day. Since every event is unique, our packages and fees are best determined when we meet with you and design a package to fit your individual needs.

Floral and Decor Design

We have had the opportunity to design various bridal bouquets and centerpeices, and have discovered a real passion and skill for floral design. In addition, our creativity is abundant in the area of crafting and DIY projects. We here at SLW, keep up with the current trends, styles and ideas in wedding decor and design and would love to create some memorable favors for your guests, centerpieces that complete your signature wedding or bouquets that make your special day "just perfect".
